Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026

These terms set out the agreement between you and TechTipsAll Solutions for the use of our web accessibility scanning service. By creating an account or running a scan, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service does

We provide an automated tool that visits web pages and reports accessibility problems measured against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Reports can be viewed in your dashboard and exported as PDF, CSV or JSON files. Depending on your plan, you may also scan pages that sit behind a login.

Important limits of automated testing

Please read this section carefully, because it affects how you should use our reports.

Automated tools can only detect a portion of accessibility barriers. Many requirements — whether alternative text actually describes an image, whether a page makes sense when read aloud, whether a workflow can be completed using only a keyboard — need a human to judge. A high score from our scanner does not mean a website is fully accessible, and it does not mean the website complies with any law.

Our reports are a technical aid, not a legal certificate. We do not provide legal advice, and nothing in a report should be treated as a guarantee of compliance with the ADA, Section 508, the European Accessibility Act, or any other regulation. If you need assurance for legal or contractual purposes, please engage a qualified accessibility auditor.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account. Accounts are for the use of one person or one organisation; please do not share login details more widely than your plan allows.

Permission to scan

This is the most important rule on this page. You may only scan a website if you own it, or you have permission from the person who does.

This applies with particular force to authenticated scans. When you supply login credentials or session cookies, you are confirming that you are entitled to access those pages and entitled to have an automated tool access them on your behalf. Using our service against a website without authorisation may break the law in your country, and you would be responsible for that, not us.

Things you must not do

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may do so without notice where the breach is serious.

Plans, billing and renewal

We offer a free tier and one or more paid plans. What each plan includes — page limits, scan frequency, and which features are unlocked — is shown on our pricing page and may change over time. If we change what a paid plan includes in a way that reduces it, we will tell existing subscribers first.

Paid plans are sold through our payment partner, who acts as the merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before that date. Prices are shown before you confirm payment, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Who owns what

We own the software, the scanning engine configuration, the report design and the TechTipsAll Solutions name and logo. You are given permission to use the service, not ownership of it.

You own the websites you scan and the reports generated about them. You may share those reports with colleagues, clients or auditors freely. Reports produced on the free tier carry our branding; removing it requires a plan that includes that option.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults can all cause downtime. Some websites also block automated scanners, and in those cases a scan may return partial results or none at all — that is a property of the target website rather than a fault in our service.

Limits on our liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or for any claim arising from a decision you made on the basis of a report.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if payment fails and is not corrected, or if we are required to do so by law. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms, conditions, and your strategic usage of the scanning platform shall be strictly governed by, and interpreted in full accordance with, the prevailing laws of India. Any formal legal actions, compliance claims, or contractual disputes arising directly under this agreement shall be filed exclusively within the competent courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
