Frequently asked questions
Can I switch between plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; upgrades are prorated instantly.
Is there a free trial for Pro and Agency plans?
Yes — both Pro and Agency include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
What happens if I hit my scan limit?
You can still view all previous scans and dashboards. New scans are blocked until the next billing cycle or after an upgrade.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational use?
Yes. Contact us at hello@techtipsall.com with your organization details. We offer 50% off Pro and Agency plans for verified non-profits and educational institutions.
How does authenticated scanning work?
For Pro and Agency plans, you can provide login credentials (username + password) or paste an exported session cookie (e.g., from EditThisCookie). The scanner logs in and scans the protected pages.
Can I white-label the PDF reports?
White-label PDF reports (your agency's logo, contact info, and colors) are available on the Agency plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid month, contact us and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
